Challenge Campus 2030 - Edition 2
Deadline: 7 February 2021
Imagine it's September 2030 and the Agenda for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has ended. Students over the world are returning to their Campuses, which are now finally sustainable.
University campuses are at the heart of the change: in 10 years, they should have achieved the 17 SDGs to be able to welcome and educate the next generation! What will these Campuses be like?
Imagine a solution that will allow these sites to be considered socially, economically and environmentally sustainable.
Are you a student or university professor/researcher? Do you want to have a major impact and help to build the university environment of the future? Upload your project online and be noticed by the United Nations (UNRIC) and Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF).
Choose a category and submit your vision for the Campus of 2030: the university site that will have achieved all 17 Sustainable Development Goals!
Whatever your project's field remember that it must be achievable on a university campus and fall under one of these 3 themes:
- Student Life
- The Campus in the City
- New Educational Issues
Your project should be cross-cutting and include at least 3 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The winning "student" or "university staff" team will receive an all-inclusive International incubation week abroad (valid for two people in a team: flights, training courses, professional meetings and accommodation). All finalists will have the chance to meet and discuss with the Special Jury comprising representatives of the UNRIC, UNESCO and AUF at the Grand Final in June 2021 in Paris.
Deadline: 7 February 2021, 11:59 pm Central European Time (17:59 Colombian time)
